DCZCQ Vacuum degasser test before shipping abroad
Vacuum degassing is a technique of removing dissolved gas from a liquid solution by lowering the pressure inside a vessel containing the solution.
This month, DC Machinery manufactures a ZCQ270 Vacuum degasser for a foreign clients used for oil& gas drilling field, and now the vacuum degasser is testing before delivery.‘
What items should be test before delivery of the vacuum degasser:
1. Bearing Temperature:Rise≤100°
2. Whether has bad Vibration.
3. Vacuum Degree0.03MPa~0.045MPa
4. Seal Text has no Leakage under 0.5MPa.
5. Sound Intensity:≤80dB
6. Paint Appearance whether Damaged.
7. Fastening Piece whether fasten.
8. The Spare Parts whether are Complete.

Production stage of Jet mud mixer of DC Machinery
Jet Mud mixer is special equipment to prepare and increase the drilling fluids weight by adding and mixing bentonite, change the fluid density, change the mud density, viscosity, and dehydration. The effect is more prominent matching with Shear Pump.
Below is the production picture of the Jet mud mixer for a foreign client who are mainly focus horziontal directioanl drilling. The unit includes one sand pump, one jet mixing hopper and one jet mixer that are installed in a base with pipe valves. It is safe and stable and can be moved conveniently.

New order Solid control system From Russian drilling service company
At the end of March, DC got an order of solids control equipment from Russian who are focus on drilling contract. According to about 40 days production, the mud sytsem already loaded this morning and delivery to Russian.
The client has a very good knowledge on solids control equipment, also knows very well about China manufactures for this kind of equipment. They visited many manufactures in China, seeing is believing, after the comparison on the factory capability and fabrication processing machine, finally, they chose DC as their supplier.
What Equipment Included in the Order
This order is mainly consisting of shale shaker, mud cleaner, decanter centrifuge and centrifugal type vacuum degasser. Following is the detailed speficaition of several equipment in the order.
1. The shale shaker DCS700-3 is customized design with simple shaker deck structure, easily operation on replacing the screen panels.
2. The mud cleaner is DCQG200X2/100X12 with large treating capacity. The cyclone mixer is made of wear- resistant special polyurethane material , which has good performance in fluid erosion resistance .
3.The decanter centrifuge DCLW355-1258-VFD is widely accepted by DC’s clients and there are many site level performances that could be clients’ reference. Equipped with VFD control panel, the centrifuge unit could used for both barite recovery and ultra solids dewatering process.

DC Machinery manufactured 2 sets mud cleaner for a foreign client
This month, another 2 sets mud cleaner will arriving to Xin Gang Tian Tin port. The model of the mud cleaner is DCQJ200x2/100×4 and will used for oil& gas drilling.
Mud Cleaner is the second class and the third class solids control equipment which is the newest type to treat the drilling fluid. DC drilling mud cleaner are combined from Desander, Desilter and an Underflow Screen, at the same time Mud cleaner has the higher cleaning function compared with separated desander and desilter.
The first step in using a mud cleaner is to send the mud through a hydrocyclone, because it would be too thick for the cleaner to effectively work with. A hydrocyclone is a device that uses force to push purified mud through the top of the cyclone as thicker particles pass through the bottom section. Anything that goes through the bottom section then meets the mud cleaner.

Small flow decanter centrifuge for waster water processing
Sludge dewatering is the separation of a liquid and solid phase whereby, generally, the least possible residual moisture is required in the solid phase and the lowest possible solid particle residues are required in the separated liquid phase.
