The Structural Characteristics

Centrifugal pump works by centrifugal movement of water caused by impeller rotation. Before starting, the pump shell and suction pipe must be filled with water, and then the motor is started, so that the pump shaft drives the impeller and water to rotate at high speed, water centrifugal movement occurs, which is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller and flows into the pump’s pressure pipeline through the flow channel of the volute pump shell.

Steel frame shaker screen is commonly used petroleum vibrating screen, made of steel frame support and 2-3-layers stainless steel screen cloth sticky to the frame. DC Desander gourp shipped to Malaysia Bored Pile Fields
DC desander is the second class and the third class solid control equipment to treat the drilling fluid. According to the size of the cone diameter, it is divided into Desander and Desilter. Usually the cone diameter is more than 6″is called Desander, and used as the second-control equipment in drilling operation. We commonly used 8 “and 10″ cones desander to separate solid-phase particle size 47-76μm in the drilling fluids.
This week, DC Solid control shipped a set of desander group include a pump and tank to Malaysia clients used for Bored piles. Bored piles are cast in place cylindrical piles excavated either by use of rotary equipment operated augers , buckets, under static drilling fluid or large drill bit (for hard rock) with reverse circulation.
The reason to use desander unit is that Bored piles installed in common soil with the presence of water table, generally require the use of a short temporary steel casing and a drilling fluid as static suspension to provide support to the surrounding soil while excavating the pile and until complete backfill of the pile excavation with concrete, in order to prevent cave-in of the excavation and destabilizing the surrounding soil formation. DC Bored Pile desander is to separate the sands from the drilling fluids and recycling the drilling fluids for use.
The standalone desander/desilter hydrocyclone unit can be assembled above linear motion shale shaker to recycle the useful drilling fluids from hydrocyclone underflow screening by fine mesh screens. Mud cleaner which combines desander, desilter and dewatering shale shaker in one unit is often used in nowadays drilling applications.
The assemble of solid control mud tank system
Mud tank system, basically drilling mud tank system, is a combination solids control equipment that is connected among mud flow lines configured on mud tanks. It aims to clean, recycle, mix and condition the drilling fluids in desired properties as per the drilling formation requirements. In order to meet with the ever changing drilling conditions and strict environmental issues, zero-discharge systems, closed-loop systems and drilling waste management systems are introduced to the solids control solutions.

The construction design of the mud tanks is very important to make it fit for the drilling rig mud circulation and also to be easily operated and running longer time in the oilfield.
Mud Tank Walls Design:
The walls of each of the mud tanks (including partition walls) are to be constructed with 6 or 8mm crimped plates. Mud Tank bottoms, to be constructed with 8 mm thick plain plates, should be sloped gradually to a five degree towards the drilling mud tank cleaning doors to facilitate the mud cleaning process.
Drilling mud tank Skid Design:
The mud tanks normally are mounted on three runner oilfield type skids fabricated from 300 mm H beams reinforced with suitable channels and angles. The ends of the skid normally project out from the tank by 300mm and curve upwards. 150 NB X Sch 80 pipe with provision for lifting are reinforced at the end of the mud tank skids for tail boarding.
